How the referral program works: what your friend gets, what you earn, holds and caps, and how to claim your credit.

How it works
- Copy your personal link from Settings, Rewards and share it anywhere.
- A friend opens your link and subscribes to any paid plan.
- They save 15% on their first payment, and a month's credit lands in your reward history.
Common questions
What does my friend get?
15% off their first payment on any paid plan, monthly or yearly. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when they arrive through your link.
What do I earn?
One month of credit for each friend who subscribes, up to 6 rewarded referrals per rolling year. Once you reach the cap, new referrals do not earn credit for a while, but your friends still get their discount.
Why is my reward on hold?
New credits sit on hold for 14 days, matching the refund window. If your friend's payment is refunded or charged back in that time, the credit is voided; otherwise it becomes ready to claim on its own.
How do I use a credit?
Credits are claimed, never applied silently: press Claim reward in Settings, Rewards. On a personal plan, your next payment moves one month later. On an organization you own, the next renewal gets a discount worth one seat for a month. Credits stay available until you claim them.
Why can't I claim right now?
A claim needs a settled, active subscription. If your plan has a pending change (a scheduled switch or a seat update), claim again after the next renewal. Enterprise plans are billed manually, so contact support to apply credit there.
