Adding Content to Your Profile

  1. Log in to your Krutna account.
  2. Click Edit Profile.
  3. Click Add Content.
  4. Select the type of content you’d like to add.

Content Options

Here’s a full breakdown of everything you can add to your Krutna digital business card:

Contact Information

Add or update your core contact details, including:

  • Email address
  • Phone number & work phone
  • Job title
  • Company name

Bio

Write a short introduction about yourself or your business to give visitors context about who you are and what you do.

Branded Background Image

Upload a custom background image to give your card a professional, branded look that aligns with your personal or company identity.

Photo Gallery

Add a gallery of images to visually showcase your work, products, services, or business environment.

Social Media

Link your social media profiles so contacts can easily find and follow you. The following platforms are supported:

Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, GitHub, SoundCloud, Spotify

Important: When adding your Instagram, enter your username only — without the @ symbol or the full URL. For example, enter yourusername rather than @yourusername or instagram.com/yourusername.

Websites

Add links to your website, portfolio, online store, or any other important web pages you want visitors to access.

Video Embed

Embed a video from YouTube or Vimeo directly on your card to showcase your work, introduce yourself, or highlight your products and services.

File Uploads

Upload documents, brochures, presentations, or any other files you’d like to make available for your contacts to download.
