Understanding the Analytics Dashboard

Gain valuable insights into how your digital business card is performing — available exclusively to Krutna PRO users.

Overview

The Analytics dashboard gives you a clear picture of how people are engaging with your digital business card. You can filter all data by a specific time frame and use those insights to better understand your networking activity and optimize your card’s performance.

To access Analytics, log in to your Krutna account and click on the Analytics tab in the main navigation menu.

Metrics You Can Track

Summary Statistics

At the top of the dashboard you’ll find a snapshot of your key metrics at a glance:

MetricWhat It Tells You
Total OpensHow many times your card has been viewed in the selected period
Unique VisitorsThe number of individual people who visited your card
Link ClicksTotal number of clicks on links and content on your card
Contact SavesHow many people saved your contact information to their device

Activity Chart

The Activity section displays a timeline graph showing your opens, clicks, and contact saves over time. Use this to spot trends — for example, a spike in views after a networking event.

Card Breakdown

The Card Breakdown section lets you drill down into the performance of individual cards. Select a specific card to see its opens and clicks tracked over time, as well as which links are being clicked most often.

Note: Link clicks are tracked automatically as soon as your card starts receiving visitors. If you see “No link clicks yet,” it simply means no links have been clicked in the selected time period.

Filtering Your Data

Use the time frame selector at the top right of the dashboard to filter your analytics by:

  • 7 days
  • 14 days
  • 30 days
  • 90 days

You can also set a custom date range using the calendar picker to focus on a specific period.

Exporting Your Data

You can export your analytics data as a CSV file for further analysis or reporting:

  1. Select your desired time frame using the filter at the top of the dashboard.
  2. Click the Export button in the top right corner.
  3. Your data will download as a CSV file that you can open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any other spreadsheet tool.

Analytics is a Krutna PRO feature. If you don’t currently have access to the Analytics tab, upgrade to Krutna PRO to unlock it along with other advanced features.
