How to Delete Your Krutna Account

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read this article carefully before proceeding.

Before You Delete Your Account

There are a couple of things to take care of before deleting your account:

• Active subscription? Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you are currently on a Krutna PRO or Teams plan, make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid being charged after your account is removed.
• Security verification: Depending on how long it has been since you last logged in, you may be asked to re-enter your login credentials before deletion can proceed. This is a security measure to ensure that no one else can delete your account without your knowledge.

How to Delete Your Account on the Web

1. Log in to your Krutna account.
2. Go to the Settings tab in the main navigation.
3. Click on the Account tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Account.
5. In the confirmation window that appears, type “delete” and then click Delete Account one final time to confirm.

Your account will be permanently deleted.
